Milestone Training

For this milestone, you will need to read all the VFX Horde pipeline and color workflow documentation.

Color Workflow Documents

To use Sequence assets inside the VFX Horde Color Workflow you will need to download and install the color pack for your Sequence. This documentation will walk you through that process for each of your VFX applications.

Pipeline Documents

All VFX Horde assets including footage, tracked cameras and 3D assets all utilize the open-source VFX Pipeline software called Prism. Using this Pipeline will simplify your workflow, automate tasks, and keep your work clean and organized.

Review Room Documents

The VFX Horde Dailies Review Room is the closest VFX Studio simulation training experience available. If you have not worked at a VFX studio before then a review room experience will be new to you. This documentation will guide you through the technical aspects of the Review Room site and how this workflow parallels that of a VFX Studio.

Milestone Tasks

To pass off this milestone you will need to successfully complete install the VFX Horde color packs and the Prism Pipeline on your workstation in preparation for working on VFX Horde courses and Sequence trainings.
