Each Sequence has its own Asset Library that includes footage, tracked cameras, 3D assets, photography, and more. Make sure you download the Prism Project folder and load in all your assets on your local workstation.

Look through the shots in the Sequence and choose the shots you would like to work on. Choose 2 shots from the Scene you have been assigned to work on and make a shot request. Your Lead will review your requests and assign those shots as tasks. Once assigned, the shots will show up in your dashboard.

You will need to make a shot submission of your shot as a .mp4 file to the Review Room against the task you have been assigned. Make sure you comment on your submission once it has been made so your Lead knows you want it to be reviewed.

You can add a task submission to a Monthlies Playlist. This Playlist will be used in live Monthlies by your Lead to give you feedback on your work. Monthlies are scheduled in the 3DDMP Advancement Community Group.

Once you make your submission in the Review Room or added to a Monthlies playlist it will be reviewed by your Lead. If your Lead has feedback for you, you will need to make the required changes and resubmit your work. Your work will need to meet VFX industry standards so you may need to submit multiple times. Your Lead will let you know if your task is finaled in the comments of your submission (Rounds) or in live Monthlies. Once you have finaled your shots, fill in the form below stating that you are ready to advance to the next milestone.
